Custom-Made Product
Rhino Collars are handmade and built to the neck size selected or provided by the customer. Because each collar is made specifically for an individual order, it is considered a custom-made product.

Measurements
The customer is responsible for providing or selecting the correct neck measurement before ordering. Please measure carefully using the sizing instructions provided. If you are unsure about sizing, contact Rhino Collars before placing your order.

All Sales Final
Because Rhino Collars are custom-made to order, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing, change of mind, or buyer preference.

Cancellations
Once production of a custom collar has begun, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Problems With Your Order
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what you ordered, contact Rhino Collars promptly so we can review the issue and make it right when appropriate.

Handmade Variations
Each collar is handmade. Minor natural variations in leather grain, color, hardware appearance, and handcrafted details are normal and are not considered defects.

Use and Safety
Customers are responsible for choosing the appropriate collar for their dog and for regularly inspecting the collar and hardware for wear or damage. No dog collar or restraint equipment is indestructible.
