Effective Date: August 27, 2026
Woohoo Websites respects your privacy. This policy explains our general information practices.
1. Scope of This Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Woohoo Websites (“Woohoo,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you visit our website, contact us, purchase services, submit project information, or otherwise interact with Woohoo.
This policy applies to Woohoo’s own website and business operations. Websites we build for customers may require separate privacy policies based on the customer’s business, location, data practices, and applicable law.
2. Information We Collect
We may collect information you provide directly, including your name, business name, email address, phone number, business or mailing address, domain information, services, service areas, business hours, website preferences, messages, support requests, social links, reviews, branding information, and other business details.
For website production, you may also provide logos, photographs, testimonials, certifications, offers, files, lead-magnet information, booking preferences, and other content or assets.
3. Payment Information
Payments and recurring subscriptions may be processed by third-party payment processors such as Stripe. Woohoo generally does not directly store complete payment-card numbers. Payment processors may collect information needed to authorize transactions, manage subscriptions, process refunds, prevent fraud, and maintain billing records. Their handling of payment information is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
4. Website Intake and Uploaded Files
Customers may submit website information and files through third-party intake and form services. We use this information to build, configure, host, maintain, and support purchased services, including websites, lead magnets, forms, CRM systems, booking tools, domains, and related features.
5. Information Collected Automatically
When you use Woohoo’s website, we and our technology providers may automatically collect information such as IP address, device type, browser type, operating system, referring page, pages viewed, approximate location, timestamps, and interactions with website features. This may be collected through cookies, analytics tools, server logs, pixels, or similar technology.
6. How We Use Information
We may use information to provide and improve our services; create and maintain websites; process purchases and subscriptions; communicate with customers; respond to inquiries; provide support; operate forms, CRM, booking, email, and lead-generation features; prevent fraud and abuse; protect our systems; maintain records; comply with legal obligations; and send marketing communications where permitted.
7. Artificial Intelligence and Automated Production Tools
Woohoo may use artificial-intelligence-assisted tools and other automated technology for website generation, writing, image creation, editing, design, organization, troubleshooting, or related production tasks. Customer-provided business information and content may be processed through these tools when reasonably necessary to provide the requested service.
We do not intentionally submit passwords, full payment-card information, or other highly sensitive credentials to generative AI systems. Customers should not provide highly sensitive personal information unless Woohoo specifically requests it through an appropriate secure method.
8. Service Providers
We may share information with service providers that help us operate Woohoo, such as website-hosting providers, WordPress and plugin providers, payment processors, form and file-upload services, email providers, CRM and booking platforms, analytics providers, domain registrars, mapping services, cloud-storage providers, communication services, and AI-assisted production tools.
These providers receive information as reasonably necessary to perform services for Woohoo and are subject to their own contractual and privacy obligations.
9. Client Website Leads
Woohoo may host or manage customer websites that collect information from those customers’ visitors, including contact requests, quote requests, email addresses, booking information, lead-magnet opt-ins, or similar lead data.
For this information, the applicable Woohoo customer is generally the business that determines why and how the data is used, and Woohoo acts as a service provider or processor where applicable. Woohoo may process or store lead data as necessary to provide hosting, forms, CRM, booking, email, maintenance, or technical services. Woohoo does not sell client lead information.
10. Email and Other Communications
If you contact Woohoo, request information, purchase a service, or submit a form, we may send transactional communications about your inquiry, order, website, billing, support, or account.
Where permitted by law, we may also send information about Woohoo services or offers. You may unsubscribe from promotional email using the method provided in the message. Transactional or service-related communications may still be sent when necessary.
Woohoo does not send marketing text messages unless appropriate consent has been obtained. Customers using their own Lead Machine or other marketing systems are responsible for obtaining any consent required for their communications.
11. Cookies and Analytics
Woohoo may use cookies, analytics, and similar technologies to understand site traffic, remember preferences, measure performance, improve usability, detect abuse, and support marketing. You may be able to block or delete cookies through your browser settings, although doing so can affect site functionality.
12. How We Share Information
Woohoo does not sell personal information to advertisers. We may disclose information to service providers as described above; when required by law, subpoena, court order, or valid legal process; when reasonably necessary to protect Woohoo, our customers, users, or others; in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, sale, or reorganization of the business; or with your direction or consent.
13. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, maintain business and billing records, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, meet legal obligations, enforce agreements, and protect our rights. When information is no longer reasonably needed, we may delete, anonymize, or archive it subject to technical and legal requirements.
14. Data Security
Woohoo uses reasonable administrative and technical measures intended to protect information. However, no internet transmission, server, email system, third-party platform, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Customers should avoid sending passwords, payment-card numbers, or highly sensitive personal information through ordinary email or website forms.
15. Your Privacy Choices and Rights
Depending on where you live and the law that applies, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or information about certain personal data Woohoo maintains about you. You may also have rights to opt out of certain marketing communications.
To make a privacy request, contact hello@woohoowebsites.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing certain requests. We will respond as required by applicable law.
16. Children’s Privacy
Woohoo’s services are directed to businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 through Woohoo’s own website. If you believe a child has provided personal information to Woohoo, contact us so we can review the situation and take appropriate action.
17. Third-Party Links and Services
Woohoo websites may contain links or integrations that lead to third-party websites or services. Woohoo is not responsible for the privacy or security practices of third parties. We encourage users to review the privacy policies of the services they use.
18. International Visitors
Woohoo is based in the United States. If you access our services from another country, your information may be processed in the United States or other locations where our service providers operate. Different jurisdictions may have different data-protection laws.
19. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as our services, technology, vendors, or legal obligations change. The current version will be posted on woohoowebsites.com with an updated effective date.
